Well, before my boss skipped town to head to Mexico with the wifie and leaving me in charge, I took the $100 he gave me and bought yarn. I bought enough to finish and start and finish another Gryfindor Scarf. So, four skiens each of Vanna's Choice Brick and Mustard.

Also picked up a skien of the Lion Brand Woolease Thick and Quick in Claret to make a cable knit blanket. Something I've been looking at, but wasn't sure if I wanted to try it.

Well, let's just say, that skien is gone, and a friend is already begging me to let him purchase the finished product. The color is really nice and for my first cable knit, not too shabby.

My labels came before I headed off to run the business for the next two weeks, and they look great! I'll have another scarf to attach it to shortly.

In the meantime, off to get more skiens of that Claret yarn for my blanket and maybe a skien in a green to work on a dog sweater pattern I found for my boss' wife. She wants one for the spastic puppy that looks like a noodle with legs. :D
