It's been forever. Well, feels like forever. Seems like even longer since I've knit.

I fixed that though. *glee*

It's ben a long week of work, work, and more work. And it's been kind of great. Think I lost my sanity a bit in there. Had some rough spots that I think I've come out stronger in some things though.

So, with all the stuff going on, it finally slowed down enough and I got to knit. I knit so much of what I had, I ran out of yarn. Yeah! That's really good.

Working on a scarf for B. in California...and I have all the yarn to complete it...it's just the rest of it is stashed away right now. It is officially half done, and I need to dig out the rest of the yarn to finish it.

Finished my mother's Birthday gift in just a few days. And I'm ready to place an order for her x-mas gift. I have finally settled on a pattern. I really love the colors I've picked out and think they'll knit up really nice.

Think I'll pick up some needles this weekend. Need to start on Dad's stuff soon too.

And a yarn fix has been given to me. A friend just plopped the remaining materials for my sister's blanket in my lap yesterday. After getting, ooh, 8 skiens more of stuff, I blew through it and it's still not done. Bah. Think I might have enough for the rest now. If not...back to the Yarn Store!

I'm planning on getting some more knitting done tomorrow and hopefully getting some packing done. I've been saying I'm going to do it and then not getting anywhere close. *sigh* I fail...a lot.
