Fan girl moment...

Since I've been working on Harry Potter scarves...one already made and exchanged and another slowly started and in the works...I've become curious of other Harry Potter works out there.

So far, I've found a faire isle bag design featuring each of the houses. I think I'm going to give that a shot quite soon. Might even make myself a nice warm House scarf as well.

And since I've discovered my fingerless mitts are slightly too long to be helpful in keeping me warm while typing (Since their length hinders my ability to type...) I'm trying to modify the pattern and make striped fingerless House gloves. (I love the ones I made and I think those will definitely be my winter gloves!)

So, we'll see how that goes. Who knows...I might be the source for all your Harry Potter needs for the 6th movie!

In other news...Ravelry is addictive.

I traded in my Ebony Sox stix for Hiya Hiya size 2 DPNS, and size 2 and 3 circulars...and of course since Bailey ate, destoryed, hid or all of the above, my tape measure, I came home with a new one. I might just give those socks another go.
